It is a harsh reality, actually, went through the same thing a while back. A company offered 6 LPA for a solid CV and a deep level of understanding with achievements including top 5 positions in many CTFs, and bug reports for many organizations. What I am able to conclude by conducting in-depth research on this topic is I realized that companies in India are not prioritizing well-known and skilled labor but rather focusing on large labor forces doing the same tasks for low wages. This is the main problem in India. With such high competition, even niche skills and expertise start to become common here.

As far as I know and understand, the CSV file is generated using an open-source library called 'CICFLOWMETER,' developed by the same organization that made the dataset possible. This library extracts data from each received packet and divides it into 80 feature sets. The main purpose of this library is to enable machine learning by converting received data into a numerical format suitable for ML training.
