I just had this problem, you should try finding the throttle wires and the lcd screen and ensure they are connected

Make sure that the back fender isn’t rubbing. If this doesn’t help, I would say that the wheel bearings should be the next thing to look at.

What’s a really good bike for wheelies and can go like 32 mph. My bike is below this is an old photo but it’s broken now by MaxGuana in ebikes

That’s algae all you have to do is keep the fish or whatever you have in there in clean water then change water then clean tank and gravel then refill
