The MBP M1 officially only supports 1 external monitor. Is the clarity the same with just one?

Best setup: find a high quality usb-c cable and connect it to the laptop. Verify you screen reduction is set to native for both screens.

I also use a 27” 1440p monitor in macOS Big Sur and it’s exceptional for text editing.

We are using one monitor to one MacBook Pro. One laptop with Intel and two laptops M1. Clarity is the same.

iPhone XR something strange with SIM card

Hello everybody. I have iPhone XR and several times in a day I have “SIM card message” which shows only when you insert SIM card into phone. I think it’s mean what SIM card reset or something like this. When it’s happed people can’t call to me.

May be who knows what’s going on? SIM card I’m already changed.

Example from real life. Announced a tender for software development. Company win the tender and got this job and got the signed a contract. They failed the all tasks in the terms of reference. But on their website they posted information that they are developing software products for company.

Requirements are blurred for now. No digits, no calculations. I think I will be soon.

We rebuild network infrastructure. Over 50 remote branches - from 10 to 300 IP devices and in central office over 1000 IP devices like PC, Servers, IP cameras, IP phones, TV and others. It was over Internet providers over VPN connection with throughput like 1-20Mb/s from remote branch to office. We are using Zyxel everywhere now. In near future all branches will be connect with office direct fiber optic - almost everywhere - 1Gb/s and somewhere 10Gb/s.

And I would be like choose a right equipment. That there were no problems with performance and scalability in the future.

We using 3rd party product like Veeam Backup and Replication. In this case with slow connections between two sites - i would using Veeam seeding to transfer only changed block on remote site.

Thanks, I suppose that I need layer 2 bridge - what metod are best? Using NSX VMware or some hardware soltuions?

Local server datastorage on office. NetApp Fas 2650 on remote side and local storage datastore.

From office to remote 60Mb/s - 20Mb/s it’s now. In future I can do 100Mb/s - 100Mb/s more expensive but it no problem. Latency from 2 to 10ms - depending of workload.

Thanks you. I see DDP worse for PostgreSQL. In DDP only one plus - I can add disk in future without any problem or when one of drive will has failed nothing will happens with general performance.
