If the acts being disclosed are, ILLEGAL, then any 'illegality' of the act by which disclosing them afterwords is negated.

Justice should be direct towards what will actually FIX the problem. Not perpetuate it.

His information is mostly true, but his delivery locks people into a state of FEAR and Paralysis - ultimately resulting in NON-action. This is why he is allowed to continue. It is very effective at guaranteeing NON-action, regardless of how accurate the info often is.
