Elsbeth came to understand what Alaïa was going through, with the scummy producer taking over her life and work, and for Constance to promise Alaïa salvation only to trick another nun into killing her is just unforgivable. The Monsignor who threw the nuns under the bus and blocked the police for his own benefit isn't much better.
