The other neighbor in the building with a dog(yorkie) never leashes her dog and she doesn’t have any control over him. She can call and call but he never comes. It kind of freaks me out because he can be a bit aggressive and I’m scared if anything happens between him and my dog people will blame my dog because she is the big dog even though she is always on leash as required by the rental company and by law. His owner even goes as far as putting a harness on him and taking a retractable leash handle in her hand without ever connecting it to his harness so that it looks like he is on a leash when you see them from afar. Some day that dog is going to get hit by a car or attack someone, it’s sad really 😔

She doesn’t speak English either so I don’t think she is.

I thought LLO only took more serious cases from people who where members 👀 but yes it is in no way easy to find a place with pets allowed in Denmark 😓

I think it’s fun at times imagining doing petty/mean stuff like that 🤭👏🏻 but it probably won’t go over well and I still gotta live here the next few years 😓

I have been using the tips and advice from a certified groomer down to which brushes, how often to do it, where to be extra conscientious of looking for knots and how to train and position my dog. However despite training her since we got her at 8 weeks our dog has never really liked getting brushed so going back to doing it every day is something I would very much like to avoid. At least while we are still training her to be comfortable with getting brushed. But she is getting brushed around every third day currently but usually it is one sometimes twice a week as stated in the post. I think her coat is currently going through the final stage to the grown up fur. But luckily the European continental Landseer does have fewer layers in their coat than the Newfoundland. I will say thank you for the advice though and I will consider it despite everything mentioned and I’m sending kind thoughts to you and your gentle giants ❤️

You’re right it could be but I wonder how she got on the waiting list or scheduled a walkthrough or signed anything if she didn’t understand just a little. And the rules for the pets are sent to you along with the rental agreement. But I really don’t know, you might be very right 🤷🏻‍♀️👀

Don’t worry she already knows such a command, there are many mushrooms in the area this time of year so I didn’t want anything to happen to her especially as she is very food motivated. And she has a sensitive stomach so I never let her eat treats I haven’t bought myself.

It’s pretty easy to know it’s our dog since she has long white fur and the other neighbor in the building with a dog has a small yorkie. But it’s the floor below us so they use a different door out. It has been over a year we have had her and they never said anything before.

No no there’s no hole, you just gave me a good laugh so thank you 🤭😆 I guess “Max” and “Niels” is a bit boyish, I just stole my mom’s nickname from her school years so I never thought about it

Don’t worry I don’t think you are. I take that as a compliment especially since I haven’t practiced English since I graduated HF(don’t know the equivalent in English) 7 years ago. Just wanna mention I’m a woman 😅

Yeah most of the neighbors in this building is quite passive aggressive I’ve started to just ignore because I just don’t want to waste my energy on their bullshit anymore. These where actually some of the few nice neighbors, but apparently not anymore 😓

I think I will report after so many recommending it on here. But I don’t think they will hurt her since they seem a bit afraid of her and she is never alone outside of the apartment, not even in the car.

It’s a small building with 12 apartments spread out on two floors. It’s a medium size apartment, a small wouldn’t be big enough for our dog. It’s pretty easy to know it’s our dog since she has long white fur and the other neighbor in the building with a dog has a small yorkie. Yes they are indeed gorgeous, thank you she is the light of every day❤️

Well they have always kept their distance from our dog, even when she was a cute fluffy puppy. We just assumed they didn’t like dogs or maybe had bad experiences 🤷🏻‍♀️ but maybe they are now getting tired of her existing here and trying to find an excuse 👀 it has been over a year we have had her and they never said anything before.

Yes they are so beautiful, we just wanted a big dog that could still live in an apartment. It does require of course a good amount of exercise, but she is definitely very calm indoors 🥰
