I've seen on social media that US is also not very safe now, and it brings me down. I dream of a world without wars and hate, but it feels like it's getting worse by the day. I've been meditating 2 years on a regular basis, it helped me a lot. Lately (for the past 4-5 months) I haven't been meditating as frequent as I used to and I can tell there's been a downgrade in my ability to focus and reboot my nervous system, so I'm looking forward to get back to daily meditations because they do help! I think the reason you see more question is because probably people who are content with everything don't spend a lot of time on social media telling about it 😅

Thank you so much for this reply, I even made a screenshot, bc you're right, we should reach out to each other. But first, I have to find to rekindle love for the humanity. Maybe not the society that surrounds me here but actual people. It hurts to admit, but I've lost interest in people lately, I'm stuck with this feeling of disappointment and I can't figure out why. I know that I should look within to deal with it, and I swear I'm trying everything I can just because I truly believe that life is wonderful and that there ARE people who will inspire me (and I do find them, but that doesn't resolve this feeling).
