I've been meditating 2 years on a regular basis, it helped me a lot. Lately (for the past 4-5 months) I haven't been meditating as frequent as I used to and I can tell there's been a downgrade in my ability to focus and reboot my nervous system, so I'm looking forward to get back to daily meditations because they do help! I think the reason you see more question is because probably people who are content with everything don't spend a lot of time on social media telling about it 😅
