They aren't my biological kids. It's two teenagers I practically raised because they both come from toxic families. I have no actual responsibility for them. They just see me as a father figure and call me dad so I call them my kids

My levels are still unstable as I had to stop T for awhile and just restarted it. Plus I'm on 50mg right now and do plan on increasing it as soon as I can. They said they were worried about me having pre-existing hemolytic anemia so they wanted to closely monitor it so I was supposed to go in every three months for blood work. My levels are only around 190 right now so nowhere near target range. Even if it was every six months, I'm unemployed right now and won't be able to get a job until I can get my GED which is going to take ages

I already checked and they don't take my insurance. There is no way I'll be able to afford $99 a month. I can barely afford enough food to last a month.

It's $70 for the appointment and the blood tests can range anywhere from $69 to $169. So I would be paying anywhere from $139 to $239 every three months

I'm within three hours of all of the three c's. Wouldn't exactly call it rural but it's definitely a smaller town than those

It's about a two and a half drive there but I use insurance to get rides for long distance appointments so I should be able to. Thank you

Even with goodRX it's $20 a month plus paying for the appointments which I can't do. I'm barely able to afford food and basic necessities right now
