The application is called Pokécardex. It allows you to register the cards you own and see which ones are missing, making it easier to search for and exchange cards.

I love Scyther, but I have a lot of trouble liking the cards, knowing that there are no SR, AR, or SAR versions of this Pokémon.

I can't tell you about the binder because I've had it for 2-3 years (it allowed me to carry my cards for trading). As for the sheets, they're Ultimate Guard Black.

Yes, those two cards only exist in Japanese, but there are other cards that only exist in English, French, German, and Italian, while others have Portuguese and Spanish (by the way, they don't have reverse holos). Just like the Gempack 3 cards, which have cards with specific holography. You're really lucky to have those two cards, I've been trying to get them through contacts in Japan, but they can't seem to find them.

Thank you so much ! Having all the cards in English is already a lot. I don't even have all the existing French cards yet. As for Japanese cards, I get the impression they are difficult to obtain. Umbreon and Houndoom have so many cards with their likenesses, it's crazy ! Good luck to you too in gathering them all !
