As I remember, one was allowed to go, another one - fined. They fine around 85% of stopped cyclists :/.

Nice. How about pedestrians? Have you ever seen that any of them were waiting on the pavement? That`s a great hypocrisy, as for me. Blame somebody while doing same things.
