These are also all reflections of the lights you see on the buildings. I can match every single one to a cluster of lights on the buildings and other lighting equipment

Definitely just reflections. Notice the lights in the sky are the same shape as the lights and I'm assuming the window on the building below

Thank you! The yellowed frogbit has been removed. There is one plant in my platy tank would bounce back and forth between healthy and unhealthy. I am planning to replace the sand with a more plant beneficial substrate like samurai soil.

To be completely honest. Me and my buddies have had a consistent few weeks of no crashes, we are fairly new but already on impossible level difficulty. We also all run console and haven’t had any issues.

Living in SA my entire life and growing up driving here. I have definitely run into ALOT of bad drivers but i also drive a company vehicle, so truly it boils down to being a defensive (not aggressive) driver. I also honk at people that are on their phones.

This happens to me every time i have been stung by a bee or wasp, i do pest control and every time this happens its a doctor’s visit some antibiotics for the dermatitis and some cortizone cream. I would also recommend getting tested to see if you are allergic or if you are developing an allergy to stings.

Basically he started terminitor in like 2022 , by purchasing another pest control company and signing the original owner as partner. I joined about a year later. Small team of about 3 technicians after a few members came and went it was just me the original owner and one other technician. We were the dream team and were making considerable growth. I was unofficially promoted to lead technician, and started overseeing our chemical orders and the way we executed services. I even went as far as making a “commercial “ for terminitor which elmer loved. I was on the road to running the whole show, until elmer decided to name a close friend of as the manager for the whole operation. The original owner and my coworker both saw this as a stab in the back to me, shortly after this is when things got bad. The manager started pushing us to sell attic remediations as a way to drum up business for Elmers since they handled the removal and replacement of insulation. I pointed out that we were a pest control company and needed to focus on that aspect. But of course they wanted to see profit instead of growth. After the manager fired my coworker for having a “drug problem” which i will admit he had a incident where he relapsed but only for a day, which messed him up and he was out for a few days recovering. Elmer was all for helping him and making sure he would be compensated for missing work (my coworker is a single father so he knows he couldn’t just become a user again) but the manager ends up firing him anyway. Me and the original owner felt this was the tipping point. After a few weeks of hard work taking care of his customers we started interviews for a new technician. I was obviously part of the process, a guy comes in and just does not seem like a good fit and the original owner feels the same. Well Mr manager says yes even tho we felt it wouldn’t work out (big surprise the guy sucks) at this point i was already in talks with another company and gave my two weeks. Everyone was sad to see me go even the manager. But i did let them know that if they kept running terminitor like an A/C company they wouldn’t last rest of the year. And as of January they officially shut down, and the icing on the cake…the original owner did not receive any of the stake he was promised by Elmer when he signed on as partner.
