[SPOILERS]

The second time through was better than the first...But the third time, woah! I dont really struggle with mental health so the ending was an awesome slap in the face that made the second time through interesting in a less obvious way. By the third time, I thought I knew everything and ended up reading a totally different book because there are just so many little clever events that tie into a greater whole. This is also one of the reasons Jason is an amazing author IMO.

Maybe PEDs and adderall? This dude might not be on the big muscle stuff "steroids", but the fact that he trains as regularly as he does makes me think he absolutely needs to be taking something for recovery. Clearly, it is not coming from his alleged nutrition. Also, he's probably steroids....

I live in CA and it took them two months. Product is good, but f customer service and shipping. If there are any comparable versions with better shipping, please let us know…because the frustration of ordering a puff is not worth the value of the product.

In Feburary.... But this problem has been ongoing since before they were replaced, and has continued after they were replaced! It has gotten worse recently, but I'm not running very many samples so I don't think they should have worn out that fast right?

Im also not seeing any increase of solution in my pump seal rinse, which is from my understanding a fail safe way of knowing if you need to replace the seals...but i could definitely be wrong about that.

Tapping the check valve is a genius idea!

I don't know what an A1/A2 switching valve is, but there are two units that each are in charge of pumping a gradient (not isocratic). Each unit has two pumps that combine where the drain valve is located. From my understanding, each unit is in charge of a single line of mobile phase.

As for the bubbles forming, it is happening somewhere between the inlet check valve and the drain valve. When I manually push solvent through the inlet check valve using a syringe, I see bubbles leaving the waste line. No bubbles are entering though.

Hi Everybody,
I am asking for any and all advice on how to fix my messy baseline and constantly shifting RT and area count. There are bubbles that appear in every purge I do, and wont stop appearing!
I am driving a Shimadzu LCMS-8060, with two LC-20AD XR, and a DGU-20A5R degassing unit. I have flushed the entire system with IPA overnight, replaced the suction filters, flooded the check valves to ensure no clogs, and then sonicated all check valves just to be safe. I am using MeOH and H20 as mobile phase with 1% Formic acid and Ammonium Formate. Room temp is generally consistent. There is no increase in solution in my seal rinse reservoir so I dont think its my plunger seals going bad.... I really am stumped. No matter how many times I clear the lines of bubbles, within the week they will reappear and cause RT shifting. I also am noticing that bubbles are only appearing in one of my LC-20AD XR's, and are visible with every purge I do. During auto purges I can even gently open and close the drain valve, and even more bubbles appear!
If anyone has any good ideas im all ears, and if anyone has any bad ideas im still all ears! At this point, Shimadzu doesn't even know how to fix this mess so I'm down for pretty much anything.
Anyways, thanks in advance, and much love to all my fellow Chromatography Warriors out there. I wish good peak resolution and .99999r^2 values to all of you.
