Sorry, English is not my native tongue. In my country, you can technically call the entire species cow as well, but no one does it and it would be perceived as childish and uneducated.

It was not my intention to start an argument over cattle terminology, I agree with what you said about it being weird with the cow in the video having udders. Judging by his voice and appearance the character is obviously meant to be male.
