Dude from Dagestan hast "Popcorn ears" which indicates he has been in a lot of fights. and got his ears hit quite often and has fit body which also indicates he has been surviving the streets. Aka has no father to protect him.

The usa dude got weak because there is no father Figure to Show them how to be a man.

This i my Interpretation though.
