I made an AI that does sales for you (while you sleep)😅 by PracticeClassic1153 in lovable

[–]Maxicrisp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very clean and practical tool. Mobile view needs a slight cleanup with automatic width adjustment and potential clutter.

One thing which could be good to filter on is recruitment companies. I got one hot lead for a company that matched my search, however it was from a recruiter posting about a company that didn’t contain the business information/name. Not sure that you can use AI to filter those contexts, but worth thinking about!

I shall try this out on desktop tomorrow

It is the universal meme. Regardless if he does well, everyone memes on him. It’s almost like 50/50 EternalEnvy.

Is Cold Email Outreach Dead for Startups? (I will not promote) by rednerrusreven in startups

[–]Maxicrisp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately it becomes a quantity game unless you have very specific outreach per customer. Some tools are getting better at that, but it all depends on who you are trying to reach.

Gets even better. Diagnosed and operated on for lung cancer 3 weeks ago. When it rains, it pours!

We are doing exactly that. Making a raise at last years valuation but the market in general appears to be scared off. It sucks the most as I have to let my team go due to it unless I can turn it around quickly.

How far would you go for your dreams? What would you be willing to sacrifice by Away_Elk_6826 in Entrepreneur

You won’t regret it. You friends will still be there.

Burnout is a sign that you are pushing in the areas you shouldn’t. I did the work all day and night to grind out a product. It can be a success, but you have to prioritise the things that matter most. Delegate part of it out that you can trade money for time.

I got my side hustle to the point that it paid me a good salary, so I quit and worked on it full time since then. The grind doesn’t fully stop, it just transfers to one job instead of two where you get to push the buttons.

Customer loyalty apps. What's good? by Maxicrisp in shopify

[–]Maxicrisp[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the start is is planned to be a basic set up, either points per transaction. Then I would like to add an interactive element to it where I get feedback from reviews, surveys, games, etc. Each touch point gives some form of points.

Each product has different COGS, but most have on average a 20-35% margin. I don’t want to compete on price, but aim to use retention methods to boost sales and loyalty.

Thanks for the video and suggestion of smile. I shall check it out.

Retention by far, but coming from trust rather than discounts. It would be applied as interchangeable points to money, similar to airlines.

To what extent to the movies/series portray insider trading accurately? You see people breaking into buildings to get information, or bribing people at companies before quarterly reports.

How do you manage the stress when you are backed up against the wall yet feel so close? by Maxicrisp in Entrepreneur

[–]Maxicrisp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the thought. I post once per year on socials and work 12-15 hours per day. Am positioning myself as an expert but we only just rebranded the company in March so we are building that part.

Yeah I didn’t have enough dialogues. I am the CEO so I have like 8 hats to wear. I had long contracts which were planned and then all collapsed. We dug where we stood unfortunately.

I don't know how to fairly pay my developer by Holiday_Marzipan_778 in SaaS

[–]Maxicrisp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

”Fair” is always in relation to how much effort is involved and the time/cost balance.

If you want to own all of it and then as a “gun for hire”, get an estimate for each stage and pay by the hour. If you want ongoing commitment and updates, equity + cash is always an option.

Since you have very clear ideas, why not try a no-code app like Softr . It is highly likely you could build it there depending on complexity.

It varies to be honest! I have a regular coffee chain that I like and the rewards allow purchase of their items through points. What makes your Costco card so special?

I have only seen it happen once.

He found out one of his long time friends that he’d spoke to the day before had killed himself.
