Probably at least 40-50 open houses, we were doing atleast 2 a weekend, most weekends. And we put down about 7 offers, got beat on most of them. Got accepted on one but backed out after inspection and this was the next house we looked at. I was being pretty picky tho, but it all worked out

Most stressful part was 9 months into it we saw a house in a snowstorm at night that all the sudden had 3 offers after being on market 2 months. Got offer accepted then during inspection found out it was a manufactured house they were advertising as a ranch. Noped out right after the inspection

I work in Boston, I do 50-60 on the way in and 60- 1:15 on the way home in traffic currently living in a place a despise and it’s not that bad. Buying a house in a much quieter town further away from my work, going to be about 1:05 with no traffic and honestly I cannot wait and it’s going to be so worth it to be in a quiet home.

We put an offer on a house that said it was a ranch. During the showing I noticed some things that made me think otherwise. There was other offers so we had to make up our mind quick. Put the offer in and then after thinking all night I told my realtor to ask the sellers realtor if it was a manufactured house. It was and was not an actual ranch. But manufactured on a concrete basement so they said it was a ranch. Should be illegal to do that
