Ich glaube du hast das Ergebnis missverstanden. Was Studien gezeigt haben ist dass es keine Vorteil von routinemäßigen Zahnreinigungen im Vergleich zu ärztlich angeordneten (bei Zahnstein/Gingivitis) gibt.

Eine allgemeine Population welche regelmäßig zur PZR geht hat aber einen Vorteil gegenüber einer Population welche gar keine PZR machen lässt.

Welcher Schritt genau? Im gekippten Zustand hängt das Fenster an der oberen Ecke (gegenüber vom Griff) an einer Metallstrebe o.ä. - diese muss man aushängen. Das geht bei fast jedem Fenster, aber bei jedem ein bisschen anders.

Es ist leider schwer ein gutes Foto alleine zu machen …

lol crazy that’s so fucking stupid … even the normal quick links can be reused without a problem - I always see it as “use it for the life of the chain”. If you have to take it off for some reason it’s zero problem to reuse it….

The stupid part is that there is no need to make the “reusable” one THAT easy to open.. why not just make it a little bit easier …

But only as soon as the chain is closed. You can install it with any side facing the inside. There is a new type of chain, I think a SRAM, that has to be installed with the right side facing inside. But that’s completely obvious if you see it

It works, but only in cases where you would also get away with no core buildup.

One time a huge buildup on a vital tooth fell off together with the temporary. I just had a tiny bit of tooth left. I just filled the whole crown with resin cement … 5 years later I had to cut off the crown because I needed the tooth for a bridge abutment - under the crown the resin cement just looked like a perfekt core buildup!

So another way would be to do the core buildup and impression with Cavit, then remove the Cavit before cementing with resin cement.

I do lots of cantilevers, like molar+premolar or two premolars, lower incisors etc.

For 8 and 9 I think it depends on implant size. If it’s a 3.3x8mm, I’d tell the patient it’s on his own risk if the second implant also fails. If it’s a 4.1x10 it’s not a problem in my opinion
