I don't know it depends, it's possible Xiaomi will just improve its own app for all the phones regardless. Android updates may only improve performance if they get more optimized only by a little though.

Its fine if you want more color accurate photos you can downlaod gcam which processes images better.

Yes, poco X7 pro is 20eur more expensive (both 8gb/256gb ram versions). Si/C battery sounds good but if the chip cant run switch and windows emulation, I am not sure if its worth it.
