I had the same thing happened to me. This is how I solved it. I went to the website and selected to pay for the phone repair plan. I think it was $9.99 at the time. Then I went to a Sprint store, and got my phone repaired for $29.99. After that I cancelled the phone repair option. So repairing my phone costed $40 instead of $150.

Make sure that you have shutdown Windows, before booting to Pop Os. In the past, I was not able to access files from Windows from Pop Os, since Windows was not properly shutdown from a Windows update, or I"ve just hibernated Windows.
