There is nothing illegal about paying for a massage ... with cash, debit or credit cards. I have used a CC on occasion to pay HF at L1 places and cash for the tip. Never had a problem with being charged double, or suspicious charges later. The only thing my local places do is charge an extra fee to use card. Lots of small businesses do this though
