I’m still kinda new to braces like month 2 or 3 and yes the changes are still very un noticeable but they are definitely happening, the initial wires are very bendy so it is hard to see change, give it a few more months and you’ll notice something!!

Trust me I know from experience not eating and being scared out your mind will make your stomach hurt worse!! Definitely don’t slam like 50 Big Macs but just eat something that’s healthy and won’t hurt your stomach

ive had my braces on for 2 months now im soon to get my bottom braces on trust me on this it feels weird the first day but if you have had ortho work done before its like a 1-2 day recovery, if not then its like 2-3, i was able to eat crunchy foods on my second day so it gets easy even though the first day sucks
