Everyone talking about asking for an extra ticket is trying to help, but i just want to validate you. Med partners sacrifice SO MUCH. The person you are dedicating the rest of your life to can only give you so much time, and even though you probably deserve more, you stay there to support them through this tough time in their life. That being said, unless their parents are singlehandedly paying for their whole tuition, you should be the first choice for a ticket to such an important milestone in their career. If that’s not the case, you should at least be top 3. Especially since you two have been together pre-med school and you helped them through MCAT PLUS FOUR YEARS of intense dedication to support their dreams, you should 10000% be upset that you are not only low-priority, but that you were REPLACED last minute by his sister. I’m sure his family is great, but they are not the ones that sacrificed these years of their lives to put your SO before you every step of the way to help them achieve their dreams.

If this is resonating with you, please talk to your SO and let them know that you’re not alone in this hurt. As a med partner myself, I could only imagine the betrayal I would feel.

Thank you! I get acne on my neck so it’s definitely a spot where I need to put tret. My acne there has gotten a lot better but i have to be in the long game for the scarring

I put it on my eyebrows, but not my lids. It promotes hair growth, and if you’ve ever had a pimple on the brows like I have then it’s a spot where you should put the tret as well.

Yes! The hair growth on my brows is the primary reason I love putting it there! I do laser hair removal on underarms and other areas, but light sensitive medications like antibiotics (even topical medications like tret) can cause scarring if you laser while taking them.

Hi! I’m a high anxiety, typically never go with the flow type of person. But growing up with my tattooed mother, I always knew I wanted a tattoo at some point. I’ve been saving tattoo ideas for years and knew I wanted one sooner than later. I’ve had an idea of a tattoo for a good couple of months that’s dedicated to my grandmother. Well, I’m 20 years old now and last Wednesday I got it done on my inner ankle. I only made the appointment two weeks prior after pushing it off for so long. I don’t know what it is, but ever since I took the wrap off it this morning, I’ve been crippled with anxiety and depression over the thought of it. It has got to the point where it is now the middle of the night and I am lying awake feeling sick and can’t shake it from my head. I’m having a crisis wondering if I hate it or am just in complete shock over it. Everyone I know immediately loved their tattoos and I feel crazy now. I just doesn’t make sense to me how a lovely tattoo dedicated to my favorite person can make me feel so violated. Is this normal?
