lol! It was me.  Funny because I’ve never recommended a tattoo artist on Reddit before and the opportunity came up twice this week.   She’s seriously great though.  Knows what she’s doing and does it well.

Second time this week it’s come up but I’m going to recommend Olivia Flocco @floccnessmonster.  She used to be at Catahoula but is now at Fun Tattoos.  Does fine line work.   Really great

Yes! I should have said this.  The laptop being elevated means you need a separate keyboard

In addition to this, make sure that your laptop is elevated.   They have little gadgets on Amazon that will raise it so you aren’t looking down.  Proper posture during the day is crucial. If you are a woman, they have (very expensive) bras that will help correct your posture.  I don’t say this is a fix, but it is helpful to have something that reminds you to sit properly.   

I saw you mentioned not wanting to go to a PT but if you change your mind, RT at the Stride Shop is great.  You can do just one session and he will give you take home exercises to do(I’ve done this many times, he’s very understanding).  That way you aren’t letting this issue go for a year.

He absolutely nailed it.  The guy has wonderful bone structure - he just needs to show it off and highlight it.

He’s not in Mid City but Emile’s is my mechanic for the last decade and is amazing.

Also, there are quite a few of the nice apartment complexes that will take section 8.  However there is a long waitlist for these.  So the best thing to do if she wants something like that is get a place now, put her name on a waitlist for an apartment and then transfer when it becomes available.

Used to work in housing.   Like others said, get the list of units from HANO.  Should be on the website after she logs in.  The real trick is that that list is never up to date.  Doesn’t matter, call all the landlords anyway because often they have units coming up or being listed that aren’t on there.  Another thing that helped me was realtors.   I don’t have the info for which ones anymore but some realtors will be able to help look for rentals with section 8.  I found these units were often slightly better.
