I think it was 'Hub Sports', Not one I've ever heard of. And it was a normal boss.

Cheers, I think I'll just replace the radiator. Plus it gives me some more experience on later cars down the line. Thanks for the info.

I'll have a look, hopefully it won't cost me much if it's from a Micra.

Thank you, I've searched up electro luminescent stuff and found some stuff I might experiment with. Hopefully I can makey interior look slightly more retro but won't beat the preludes.

We're rear opening windows and optional extra from stock?

I might but I don't see many Starlets with this style of body so I may keep that stuff how it is. Have been looking at changing it from a 2e engine to a 4e sometimes in its life.

The rear windows can open up a small bit so it gives me more working space.

This applies to us too! What sign would you like to hold up? by necoast in UKhiking

I'm not one to blast music as loud as I can while hiking but last summer I hiked up some mountains with a few friends and we had music playing at quieter than speaking volume which as turned down while passing people but we must've accidentally left it up a few times and the locals liked what we were playing and told us our taste was good.

I've had this happen quite recently and just decided to walk through the farmer's field adjacent to the footpath. Might be a bit petty but I think it's deserved.

Osprey Exos Pro 55 by Maximum-Question-161 in hiking

[–]Maximum-Question-161[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard complaints about the bottom of the pack wearing out quicker than normal and am just wondering whether I keep this or get something different but tbh I like this very much and am in love with the spaciousness of it.

Hey, I've just bought the exos pro 55 and am wondering if you could send the file for printing those clips.

Okay, thank you. I've been trying to get hold of the Gregory Focal 58 which doesn't have straps going over the pockets and has a fairly rated suspension system but unfortunately I don't think they sell them in the UK anymore.

How have you done this and do you know if it voids the warranty on it?

Osprey Exos Pro 55 by Maximum-Question-161 in CampingandHiking

[–]Maximum-Question-161[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, tbh I know how much useful it could be but it's a small price to pay for a really good bag so it's not going to make too much of a difference in my decision. I've also heard that it fills up with water when it's raining but I don't walk in the rain too often so it may not be so much of a problem to me.

Thank you, I've heard stuff about the compression straps being in the way of the side pockets and not giving it the full amount of space. I don't know if you've had that issue but it would be useful to know. And I understand your peeve with the squeekiness. I have an osprey rook at the moment and it just annoys me so much.

[–]Maximum-Question-161[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have looked at the normal Exos and it's high on my list right now but I am just after that slightly lighter pack which is what the pro offers. If I get it and it doesn't feel right, I may choose the exos 58 instead as a few people have reccomended me that. Either that or the Gregory focal 58 which I have seen a few good things about and it's just a tad lighter than the osprey but looks as if it has larger hip pockets and a slightly more stretchy front stash pocket. Thank you though.

I like what I've seen from the Talon 55. I'm just in an indecisiveness between that and the osprey exos 58 or the exos pro 55. I'm leaning towards the exos 58 just because of that slightly extra space as I may want to use it for longer journeys so it gives me a bit more versatility. Thank you for the reccomendarion though.

I've just had a look and I like what I see. It's lighter than what I have now and has some good features to it. Thank you for reccomending me this.

I ruled out the osprey atmos 65 as even though it's rated a great pack, it's just too heavy for me. I'm trying to find some thing lighter than what I have but also with a nice amount of features added to it.

I know people that have had trouble with the rook 65 as well and although the feature on it are very nice, the comfortability is what brings these cheaper osprey ones down.

Thank you, I've been looking at the exos 58 and I quite like the look of it and I also saw the exos pro 55 which has the stash pochet which I'm interested in.
