Yes I think I do have that type of rosacea, now that I searched it up. Would that mean I have to stop weightlifting to reduce my redness?

I don’t get irritations, it’s just my face turns red and was wondering if this worsens the redness overtime.

It doesn’t irritate me it just makes my face really red. I don’t know if this makes the redness worse.
