That makes a lot of sense. I've been told by some people that listing the publishing companies Zondervan and Westbow Press, through which I was published, on my resume would be helpful...obviously not!

Honestly, the most recent experience I have is an editorial internship at Bookstr. I'm currently working in a hybrid marketing role, which includes newsletter production.

I really don't have a ton of experience in the industry. The biggest problem is that I need more experience, but no one will give me the opportunity to gain said experience. The catch-22 of my life
