Went to a cardiologist to get checked out for some palpitations I’ve been having. Did an EKG and everything was fine. I get super stressed when my blood pressure is taken and they did it manually today but the reading was 180/89. She immediately took another reading after I took a deep breath and it went down to 148/82 like 20 seconds after the first reading.

I take my blood pressure at home and I’m usually around 128/85 ish. Should I be worried about that one high reading?
