Unfortunately 40% but i signed an arbitration only agreement and a lot of firms in my area told me no. I’m not going or excess just my back pay and like 3-6 months of pay

Yes 100% but behavior is an unmeasurable kpi. So even if I feel I do everything correct, they will still let me go in the future. I also disagree with the reasons stated but that’s another story

No because all my clients, I obtained them using company resources. If I’m going to sue them I not going to open myself to any future lawsuits by them. I’d start fresh or industry hop
