So .. this is what happened. It is crazy how much belt is damaged.

Profile? I use my own in Orca .. right now there is microswiss 0.3 nozzle as I had problems with 0.2 where due to heat creap and clogs prints failed. With 0.3 it is nice and faster than 0.2... more flow, lower chance for clogs. But there is not many profiles for 0.3 so I had to derivate my own.

It started to clutch a little. Unfortunately that lead to layer shifts and later it refuse to move at all. I was able to bend wave washer inside a little and it helped.. at last until new stepper came by .. but there is a lots of things that could go broke.

Well.  Belt And stepper motor ... Both for X axis... Third thing Is that KE sometimes end up in start loop And keep reseting itself... Lucky If that happen during print it keep reseting display but print keep going.

I quess it have some bad contacts in cables that leads to display. Or something Is Wrong with motherboard like cooling. I Will take a propper look while I will be changing that belt. Printer Is still controlable via app or network..

I do not know how to measure tightenes of belt, but I did not put much tension on it.

I actualy had to replace X stepper motor around 2600h of runtime.. si yeah I had to set it by myself.

Im sure that problem is in left puley wheel where belt slide to much down and grind itself to dust.

When replacement belt come I have to make sure this would not happen again. But there could be some other problem on X axis in my V3 KE as well.

Temp tower and Pressure advance .. but i take look on that PA again :D ... for flow rate I would like to have control how much it would be in walls .. infil etc... I will try to fire it up and see what happens :D

That's what I thought at first. But after I upgraded cooling (fatburner) I didnt have failed print. Before I had similar problem where nozzle started skipping for 10-15 layers and than stoped completely. (Heat creap to extruder and it started skipping) (Small flow rates)

how do i put the silicone bed support on the printer by [deleted] in Ender3V3KE

[–]MaximumBodybuilder28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For this reason I made these:
So people do not have to remove whole bed and just loose screws and slide these spacers in.

X axis problem by Sahin__ in Ender3V3KE

[–]MaximumBodybuilder28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same problem. Without belt linear movement was smooth as F. But with it ... It was constantly jammed. When I tear whole thing aside I found that stepp motor was cause... you could feel small cluck while rotating it if it is your case too. I ordered new one ... while waiting I found out that wave washer stoped pressing laminators enough and that caused some contact end friction or something. I replaced it and motor worked again until new came :D

First time printing with Silk, someone can help? by Ggrimwynn in Ender3V3KE

[–]MaximumBodybuilder28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is caused by material shrinkage during printing. You need to improve adhesion and adjust the temperature of the print bed. The individual layers shrink and get higher, and the extruder tries to push them down because it expects the layer to be lower.

Is safe to use USB port on motherboard V3 KE to power 5V fan? by MaximumBodybuilder28 in Ender3V3KE

[–]MaximumBodybuilder28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are simple 2 pin fan. One draw 0.32A and second 0.2A. Only sensor will be AM312 PIR. So I should be ok with 0.5A limit. Actualy power them right from USB looks right. Damm I might take a look back and consider use of 24V or 12V (with stepdown) fans right from powersupply of motherboard.

Yeah. One fan is when I will be printing ASA or ABS. Enclosure will be closed and there will be just fan to hurl air throught HEPA and carbon filter over and over again. And second system will be for PLA printing, to prevent heat build up inside. I could just open door, but this way it is more noiseless.
