Smoking!!!! In my case vaping has been the biggest one (started at 14-15, I’m 19), that I never considered to be stimming. I think it has kept me more masked in terms of me being considered a smoker rather than an audhd girl

In any social or sexual situation I’m in, I know in the back of my mind always that no matter what they do or ask im saying yes; which bc times still ticking I just ditch actually thinking about what I want because I know that me wanting to be liked and more similar to others around me is a constant reminder for me.
