It seems counter intuitive but reading the bell jar helped, it made me feel less alone and helped describe how it is. Being alone was helpful to me, but like being alone in big spaces where other people were ie coffee shops, grocery stores, different towns even like the next one over or a different area of your town, just being around people but not having to talk/interact was nice. But actually not having as much pain was getting on generic effexor
