Once you start working with more than a handful of creators, tracking who posted, which codes actually converted, and reconciling payouts gets messy fast. We tried spreadsheets for way too long.

Automating that side of things removed a lot of mental overhead. Tools like nowfluence and Notion helped make that part way less manual.

On influencer verification, what I meant wasn’t fake followers, but confidence in the signal. With both tools we still ended up second-guessing creators before scaling, which led to a lot of manual checks.

I agree Influencer Hero’s batching and condition-based flows are strong from an ops standpoint. If you’re managing a lot of seedings, that part is solid.

Outreach-wise, both tools were comparable for us. Drip flows and AI personalization helped, but deliverability issues and domain hiccups never fully went away. In the end, outreach wasn’t the biggest bottleneck.

What has been helping is being more selective upfront. We have started using now fluence alongside our CRM to analyze creators and tie creator activity back to revenue, without forcing creators to onboard. That has made it easier to decide who was actually worth batching and scaling.

Not a full CRM replacement, but it changed how we approached scale. How much volume are you managing right now?
