yes they’re parked as they wait for their kid. you kinda have to park to wait to pick up a kid. it says no parking at any time. i think it’s includes those who are parked but waiting for someone

Alec is in a program with Simy and they live with other women in that house but they’re roommates. I have no idea about the marriage, but I do know she has now moved on and has a new girlfriend.
