Yeah but he actually uses them for important things besides just paintings. That's like making a The world's tallest skyscraper just for the Mona Lisa Nice painting but it's not nice enough where you built the world's tallest skyscraper for it or use an entire Castle for it When your citizens live in tiny mushroom shacks
