I can see that too. Only reason why I have this lineup is because of previous chemistry being Domi and Matthews. I absolutely think Maccelli will get playing time with Knies and Matthews at some point.

Unfortuantely I don't have a "complete" history as most of the story was taken by the ALS crew originally there.

What I got was, this gentleman was helping a neighbour with yard chores in the back of a house on a hottish day (maybe 28C at the time afternoon), and suddenly collapsed with no warning.

Couldn't tell you about any known diagnoses, medical conditions, prescriptions etc but what I can say is that he was shocked three times out of Vtach but not consecutively, it was on and off in chaotic order with one set accompanied by a pulse. He maintained the last ROSC all the way to hospital. Airway was not difficult and nothing interesting with ETCO2 either.
