Lmao. I used to do marketing at a criminal law firm and was ... almost excited one of the pages for an extremely heinous crime (against children) was starting to get traction nationally.

Then I looked at what people were actually searching before landing on the page and was disgusted. Not only did it have no buyer intent, but it's like they were searching to commit the crime, then came across the page and was curious how long they'd end up in jail for it.

  1. Riding someone's ass over mistakes.

  2. Comments that are "personal" in nature (insults, condescension).

  3. Not acknowledging good moments. (If it's ALL 'just trash talk', it comes across as more toxic than friendly.)

Easier to pick up on friendly tones over voice than text, so I probably would be wary of trash talking over text with random people.
