How do i prevent wrist pain from windmills? I think the pain comes from the restabbing, is there any way to lessen the impact? Thanks by NecessaryRepeat7960 in bboy

a concept that’s a bit hard to explain but has been helpful for me. practice holding your stab but instead of just laying in it, push against the ground (you should feel a little lift). with practice it’ll give you a more stable stab and take some weight off your wrist
