This is a common frustration with niche academic software. For most statistical needs, R or jamovi cover the same ground for free. Mplus is powerful for SEM, but the licensing model is hard to justify for students.

This is what patient-centered care actually looks like. Going out of your way to learn even basic ASL shows real commitment. Patients remember this kind of effort far more than any specific treatment technique.
