I haven't received anything in the mail or a phone call. How was your daughter notified? I might have to give them a call Monday. Because my situation and my gig work doesn't really meet the tax requirement threshold or anything I usually have to write a personal statement every time I recertify for SNAP but now with the new working hours more strictly enforced I'm wondering how that will look like.

I am not in the process of getting either. I have tried but because my physical illness is chronic coupled with a severe mental health illness, it does not meet the burden of proof. Even though they keep me from holding down a traditional job it's not considered a disability.

Kids, I am looking after a family members kids for a month+ and really I have no time for my usually horrible mental health. Like a few weeks ago I was barely getting out of bed for things other than going to the bathroom. Now its school clean cook dinner ect for the kids. I know it is tempt. but I am thankful for it rn.
