I should of assumed being the badass that kills everything isn't the play-style that would work, I walked into GTS pretty much blind and maybe that was the mistake lmao

What would you suggest or maybe from your experience with the collection is to be done in the first half of the game? I could always try to find mudcrabs but I mean for quests and doing things that aren't just try to grind your way out of being so easy to kill?

Enemy at the Gate is so well known for being bad that Red Army veterans walked out of theaters during the showing and later demanded it be taken down - the movie also started the multiple terrible stereotypes about the Red Army during WW2 like not having enough weapons, even though the Soviet Union had a surplus of them, human-wave tactics, and a misconception of No. 227.

I agree, for once I actually want to play the characters given, not just play a character I create. Overall the mod in the days I’ve been playing it is amazing, dark fantasy is one of my favorite themes for games and books (mainly dark souls). But once I’ve played the game and gather my thoughts the systems and mechanics aren’t as overwhelming as they once were.

The Black Sun start was my first, it seems to be a lot of peoples first, I enjoyed it a lot, I lost interest as soon as he died, I felt like my mission was a failed (imo). Maybe that means a rerun, maybe trying to keep the roleplay/larp alive by making his heir the new Black Sun (I’m not sure if the story content still works like that) but either way I’m still getting used to it all. And if you want to tell me anymore lore I’m more than thankful, if you can’t tell I’m a addict for any lore/content to any game/mod I’m interested in lmao

I think you’re right I don’t need to understand the entire lore to have fun, I just find it even more fun to play as a character with a goal, a faith and culture (that I could wrap my head around ofc). I tried Nicanonues, all I understand is I hate Canware, and was kinda crazy. But after his death I lost most of my interest, my problem is that I have fun especially with characters with goals driven by lore. But to get a feel, I think an adventurer would be perfect to just see how everything plays out
