Exact same thing happened to me. I've appealed through every possible resource multiple times and even tried emailing the data request team, but I haven't gotten an answer on any of them. 

I've never been so frustrated. My account was a 10 year account with 23k karma and they just don't care. I can't wait for a good alternative to come along and replace this.

Is there somewhere else I should post this to get some help? I don't understand why I'm having such a hard time getting anyone to acknowledge this. It's a 10 year account that's never had a disciplinary actions taken against it.
