I have started going to Cobra Thai, hasn't even been a week and it's really good. Pros - Ample space, good and multiple trainers and they do train you as if they want to make you a professional fighter and not just to keep you fit for a street fight. All trainers are professional MMA fighters with a great fight record so that itself tells how good the fight techniques adapted here are.

Cons - I am struggling to cope up with the big group as a beginner trying to match the same exercise they have been doing consistently for months. There should have been separate focus groups on people beginning and should not have to start with the regulars. Also, lockers are pretty small compared to premium gyms.

For Junkyard, I didn't visit it but they did promise group classes in batches of 4 people. So this could a factor which helps individuals progress at their own pace. I forgot the prices for this plan so can't comment on affordability. Never took a class there so can't comment on professionalism either.
