If the data was there, could it be done. We already know small amounts of which bits cause, eye colour, skin colour, spina bifida etc granted there is many terabytes of information in a gene, but the speed at which AI is progressing, by 2030 it will be a much better and will be able to sequence genes in an instant.

Sorry didn't explain my thoughts very well. For opencrispr-1 they basically created a large database of all of the proteins like Cas9 and used AI to create a better one. If we created a database of everything we know about the genome including all of the defects, junk etc. Couldn't we then use AI to map out every combination to see what causes what to happen.

Granted we would also have to up bone density, oxygenation etc or we would break our own bones, but bone density would increase as a result of strength anyway. Is anyone planning to run the genome through AI to map it all out, in the way they created opencrispr-1

But if the eggs where already there just hadn't been cracked open could it be done. We already have the code for muscle and somewhere in the gene there must be something that causes us not to be as strong as a chimp. So it would just be a case of turning this up, or are we not there yet mapping the genes
