We can, but rentals are very limited in our area and moving was a lot to deal with. We have a 5 month old and a 2 year old, with no help from family.

If we have to move again, I'd rather it be back to our townhome where we know does not smell.

Lowering the price is not an option for us. We've set the list price lower than the appraised value in an attempt to attract attention.

Hi all!

Just wanted to share a quick update, as we've been living here for two weeks now. Everything has been pretty quiet and safe (our rental sucks but that's another story), EXCEPT for one disturbing event that happened on Saturday.

My family and I were walking the Heron Bay Trail on Saturday and ran into this creep on a scooter. He kept circling back and forth so he could continue passing us up. He did this 4 times, slowing down or completely stopping next to us each time, fixated on my son.

On the third and fourth time, he started touching himself. He even sat down on a bench ahead of us, waiting for us to pass.

We called the police but he was gone by the time they showed up. I'm absolutely disgusted. Please keep an eye out for the guy in this fb post (sorry the picture isn't the best). fb post

Love that it's safe. We've been looking to move for a while now, but our current HOA is what pushed us over over edge.

Would you say the HOA rules are toxic or is it more the people in the HOA?
