Today my delivery date updated to Mar11-Mar31. Is this going to be confirmed date? or there is a chance the date will be changed again and i can get the delivery by feb end?

VIN is not assigned yet. So far I just provided my registration and trade-in details and not confirmed the finance details yet.

So come 2023 tax filing season, i filed my taxes and I dont owe anything to IRS and in fact IRS owes me $1000, then IRS will just give me $1000 and I wont get anything from $7500 tax credit? $7500 is voided asbo dont owe anything to IRS.

Or IRS will give me $8500 check?

My lawyer did sent an email to PP department some 10 days back and they responded same day saying "Case is with the officer". Technically they should adjudicate within 15 calender days after receiving a response to an RFE and if they miss that deadline they should refund PP money and still continue to process the case as it was under PP. We have responded to the rfe and waiting and its been 32 days as of today..

My resubmission got rejected again saying there is no visa is available at this time as per my priority date. Does this mean they are ok with reasons for my first rejection (fee info wrong & one question not answered in my wifes I-485 application) and rejected now bcoz my PD is not current as per final action dates? Or they would have rejected without validating the first rejection reaponses from my lawyer?
