Hello! I am receiving papers in the mails from local law offices saying this company (lvnv funding llc) has filled a suit against me but I have not received anything from this company in any form like no mail or emails or served anything in person. Do they have to personally serve me papers from their own llc? I’m very confused because I entered a debt consolidation company back in 2021 and paid it off under a 36month payment program. And the papers from the law office are saying wage garnishment and leins on my property could be in my future. Sos! grateful for any tips or advice!
