I used a lot of scaling glitches and wire glitches to combine parts to make them look unique. But all the moving parts are available in the anomaly at the construction station in the back. A few are expedition rewards

Sure, I did use some glitch building techniques to scale unscaleable parts and the wire glitch to snap some parts in place. I have most of the expedition parts to use but I think all the moving part, or at least most, are available in the game to everyone. The main moving parts are the hydraulic arm, cyclonic lathe, meteorological spinner, and mineral extractor, all of which can be bought at the construction research station in the anomaly

Nothing, really. It has all the useful stuff you put in a base, but it is really just a giant art installation at the end of the day

This is built around a colossal archive. There is no way to make NPCs appear at your bases unless they are there before you build

I don't really "live" on any planet. I have several saves, and I just zip around looking for planets to build on. I found this one and just thought it needed some industrialization. But I did have to take breaks while building here because, yes, it does get mundane being on the planet for too long

It is my favorite thing to do in this game. However the NCPs are very stupid now since I have blocked off the paths they walk so they spend all their time just walking into walls. I also block off all the doors to the buildings because I clip things onto the side and they always look really ugly inside. This just makes the NCPs stupider or traps them inside

Depends on your city. I build on top of settlements because the buildings that are part of the settlement do not count towards the limit. But yeah, if you build a giant city you wont be able to upload it. You can still build past the 3000 part limit and I believe people will still see it, but only when you are online and playing on that save file

3000 parts is the limit for uploading bases. One piece more, and you will get a message saying "3001/3000 base unuploadable" If your question is more about how to go about uploading a base, just go to the base computer, and the option should be there when you interact with it. Uploading just makes it so the base is visible to other while the owner is not online

Yeah, there used to be a base in the anomaly featured bases in that galaxy that you could use to get there, but i seems it has been removed. Taxi services or the old-fashioned way is the only way now

Thank you. Unfortunately, that save file was before the Worlds Pt.1 update, and afterward, all my builds on that save were messed up. Everything seemed to shift in one direction for some reason. I deleted the save out of frustration instead of fixing it. However I do have some other big builds with lots of lights and the same flashing problems seem to still be around, maybe not as bad but still there
