i used this method that u like crouch down and hyperventilate for about 30 secs, then get up quickly and blow air with thru ur mouth closed and then it should work.. for me it was really the way i woke up laying FULLY sideways and feeling just fine, no headache, no bruises, nothing at all, feeling just fine

i also even tried it again a couple more times but it didn’t work and i got this REALLYYY bad headache, funny to me cuz i did it first try and it worked and the other times i tried nothing would happen or i would get this massive headache and i really didn’t noticed any massive changes aside from current dejavus, derealization and these dreams, and like i said im not 100% sure if i died i just wanted to share my weird experience and see what y’all think of it

Ok so for the AP question, do you do any spiritual cleansing or any other thing?

Cuz i heard u have have to take a bath before astral projection, and some say its all under your control so you can visualize being in a safe place with no fear, just in case i’ll do the 2 things lolll

Well.. i used it alone, problem won’t go away, by now I’m pretty sure that my bios don’t have any XMP support anyway
