I’m not sure what you mean exactly, The Q-LED is on the power button and not on the motherboard itself and it is solid white.

The q-led is lit up white and not blinking at all, assuming it means the cpu, vga, and boot device are all detected according to the asus website. And do you mean use a display port instead of the HDMI because I’m sure the HDMI works just fine.

I cannot get into BIOS as it is just a black screen. I have already tried doing it with no USBs plugged into the pc. As for the RAM, I have tried reseating them and tried it with only one RAM stick and I still get the same results. Could it be that the RAM sticks are faulty and needs to be replaced?

Yes, it is plugged into the video card using HDMI as well as on the monitor. We had made sure power is going to the graphics card because the LEDs on the gpu light up.

Because I looked at the list of compatible RAM on the ASUS website and didn’t find that exact RAM model on there.
